In all of our tumbling classes, we teach the proper form and technique to meet your goals, whether it be for cheer or dance. Students will be taught the proper form and technique for cartwheels, round offs, and front and back handsprings, front and back walkovers and other skills as requested.Great attention is paid to body awareness and understanding of how the body performs through tumbling skills.

Placement on the AA Gymnastics Team is by coach invitation only. AA Gymnastics has been competing in the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic Program for more than 39 years. Our team competes in Xcel meets and invitationals, State & Regional Championships to learn valuable time management skills, and have all become incredible athletes. Team

Tumbling, acrobatics, leaps and turns are practiced with proper technique with drills and the appropriate equipment necessary to master such skills for the dance floor. Students are taught conditioning and stretching exercises that will improve and progress them to their fullest potential. Dance classes are done through private lessons.
