Gymnastics is a Great Foundation for all Other Sports
It develops strength, coordination, physical fitness and self-esteem that will help prepare children for all sports. Our instructors have the knowledge and experience to instruct children in a positive atmosphere that helps develop their skills and self-confidence. Each class is designed to teach specific progressions safely and allows the child to move at their own pace.
Beginner/Recreational Gymnastics
Our Beginner/Recreational Program emphasizes the fundamentals: taking turns, coordination, self-esteem, self confidence, problem solving skills, following directions and working well with others. We focus on teaching the proper gymnastics skills, drills and conditioning. Students in this class are reaching towards accomplishing specific goals. This is a high energy program that places great emphasis on proper form, techniques, skill progressions and fun.
Intermediate Gymnastics
Gymnasts are selected for the Intermediate program, by our coaches, based on skill development, attitude, work ethic, desire, gymnastics skills, strength and flexibility. Intermediate gymnasts are provided with a challenging, disciplined environment to further build their abilities with other gymnasts who share similar potential and desire. Training will maintain a balance of seriousness and fun while learning skills and routines necessary to move up to our gymnastics team. Intermediate students practice from 2-4 hours per week. Gymnasts moving from other gyms may request a tryout for the intermediate program.
